CEN Compliance integrates real-time telemetry (Pulse/SITR), COMTRADE fault records (Pulse/Vault) and protection settings (NTCO 2026) on one hardware base: the NOJA OSM27 + RC10 recloser at the POI and the Pulse-iris industrial appliance. A generic solution for entire PMGD portfolios.
Three requirements from the Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional converge on PMGD plants between 2026 and 2027. CEN Compliance addresses them as a single program.
The PMGD fleet is already homogeneous at the POI: a Schneider ION meter plus a NOJA recloser. CEN Compliance adds a single device — Pulse-iris — and turns that installed base into verifiable compliance.

The conventional route is a centralized GPS server (~US$10k). Pulse-iris can act as a local Stratum-1 NTP server: a GPS receiver with PPS on its RS-232/USB port + chrony on its Debian image.
CEN Compliance is not a paper plan: every module has verifiable results in the field and before the Coordinator.
